Applications must be made before the deadline to be processed in time for national offer day - even if there are documents outstanding to prove address and/or parental responsibility (The online system is open for a further month after the application deadline for documents to be scanned and attached to applications already submitted - or copies can be sent to the Admissions Team at Bromley Civic Centre).

Oaklands Primary has 90 places in reception for new admissions.  These places will be allocated in accordance with the following criteria (in order of priority):

  1. Children in Local Authority Care
  2. Current Family Associations (Siblings)
  3. Nearness of Children's Homes to School.

Bromley Local Authority encourage parents to apply online.  Online applications for the school year, which starts in September, usually open November for the previous year and close in January.  Please refer to their website for specific details.  Click here for 'Making an Application for Primary School'
