Key responsibilities include

  • Inclusion work across the school - The ideal candidate for this position will be an inclusive educational practitioner and middle leader prepared for increased responsibility or seeking a fresh challenge as a school-wide leader. The appointee will be an excellent communicator, building trusting relationships with pupils, teachers and parents. - providing outstanding support and direction for the coordination of inclusion throughout the school. You will regularly monitor progress against targets for pupils with additional needs from teachers’ plans and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning by work analysis. As the school inclusion manager, you will liaise with staff, parents, external agencies and other schools to co-ordinate their contribution, provide maximum support and ensure continuity of educational provision for pupils with additional needs.
